Requisition Number 16-0164 Post Date 8/2/2016 Title Consumer Banking Relationship Manager Position Type Full Time Work Hours Mon – Sat. variable Location Overland Park City Overland Park State KS Descrption Job Summary: Directs and participates in all activities of the banking center to achieve success in needs-based sales of all products and services. Develops and manages direct reports in order to achieve all goals. Ensures the successful implementation of initiatives and projects to support the banking center, market, and/or division.

Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUSTs Character Qualities. Essential Functions: Develops and supports a strong needs-based sales environment by modeling the right behaviors, conducting sales meetings and individual coaching sessions with behavioral action plans. Seek new business from customers and prospects within the community/ market.


Calls on existing or prospective customers within the structure of a business development call program. Reviews files and other records for business development leads. Represents INTRUST Bank in various civic and community functions to further enhance its Corporate Blueprint image and develop additional business. Establishes work processes for direct reports to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.


Supervises, evaluates, informs, and provides direction to all banking center associates. Assists with the development of goals and plans of action for branch staff consistent with Bank objectives. Shares responsibility for observing each teller daily. Accountabilities: Net loan growth % of branch staff meeting their Minimum Performance Standards (MPS) % of fees collected Customer retention at or above average Compliance/audit Sales Call Log Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelors degree and 3-5 years management experience, as well as experience in financial sales or customer relationship management required.


Required Skills and Knowledge: The position requires relationship management skills, oral and written communication skills, and involvement in community activities. Required Licenses and/or Certifications: None Physical Demands: Long periods of sitting and standing may be required. Working Conditions: Normal working conditions will be an office environment. It is preferred that the applicant reside in the geographic area of the Market.
